Are you struggling to stick to your workout routine? Have you been feeling like "meh" when it comes to exercising? Do you need some extra motivation?

We do too. That's why we compiled a list of 11 motivational fitness quotes to inspire you to get up and work out.

Read them all first and then choose three that resonate with you and write them down or say them out loud. Before you know it you'll be halfway through your workout for the day.

1. STEP INTO YOUR NEW STORY.

Sometimes the fact that we're not "fit" from the start is what holds us back from working out. Remember that everyone starts somewhere. Where you are today, right now, is the perfect place for your journey to begin or continue. Doing a little bit every day is key.

3. YOU CAN DO IT.

This is not the same as saying "fake it till you make it." It's more like committing to believing in a future version of yourself that is already inside you. You are pure potential. What you believe you will become. So start believing in yourself. Right now.

Even if you're like "ugh I haven't worked out in days!" or "I really don't feel like doing anything today" that's okay. The road to achieving your fitness goals is one you build day by day. Including today.
